- CAT vector for transient transfection into eukaryotic cells. Contains tk promoter for analysis of cis-acting elements in front of a heterologous promoter. Developed to simplify construction of hybrid CAT genes. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--4.2; HindIII--4.2; BglII--4.2; ClaI--uncut.
